Default Odd key repeating issue

Occasionaly, out of nowhere, my system will start to think my left arrow key is being held down. Text cursers will flash back, it's impossible to get into a file menu as it keeps going between them, etc.

Only thing that seems to fix it is restarting. This has only happened the last few days, and nothing seems to trigger it. Only recent change I've made is buying a new mouse, the MX revolution. I've tried unplugging it (and my keyboard just in case) but it keeps going. If it matters, I'm running Vista.

Any ideas on how to fix it, or even any better temporary solutions?

You can try cleaning the keyboard there could be something under the key gunking it up. If that doesn't work you can try prying the arrow key off the keyboard (that's how I clean keyboards).
