How's my raise pre-flop? Should I check behind on the flop? I'm pretty sure the turn is standard...

This looks fine IMO. My preflop raise would be a PSB, which would be about 260 instead, but other than that, I don't think this is bad at all. Yhis is probably the exact line I take.

Standard raise (I think) is 3xBB + 1 BB for each limper ahead, so 6xBB here, or 240. Otherwise I think I'd play it exactly the same.

Raise less PF. Its not as slight a prob as people are suggesting IMO.
