for some reason this thread is down, im new to this but it seems this game is ridiculously overlooked, i cannot imagine how the steelers could lose this at -3.5, is there something im missing? broncos lost walker and werent great to start, steelers got back i think 3 injured starters nad roethlisberger is doing really well. is there some part of this game that im missing?

This is a must-win situation for the broncos in the afc west. Also there may be an element of revenge. Last game pit played in denver was AFC championship in '05. Still not sure if that's enough to stop pitt but that's why the line is what it is...

I would have loved to grab Pitt at -3.

I've got Pitt -3.5.

At game time in Denver it's supposed to be 35 degrees with rain / snow showers. Should make things interesting.

No offence but I just find it funny that whenever somebody asks "what am I missing?" they're on the road team 99.99% of the time.

yeah, that is something i didn't weigh too heavily, but it seems other than that the broncos have absolutely everything going against them

I actually don't disagree in this case. I think with Denver's success in recent years it's going to take at least a half-season to convince everyone that they're in the bottom half of the league (which you have to be to get 4+ pts at home vs. anyone but NE/Indy). Maybe they're better than that, but probably not since they have yet to play well in a game this year.

Don't forget how injured this team is. Denver is in bad shape at the moment.
