I sent an email to support. They will express their sympathy and do nothing, I'm quite certain.

Congrats.

BTW: Support is absolutely useless for FTP. I was on a FT when the site crashed, and it took 3 days and 4 emails to find out how much they credited my account. I kept rewording my original question until I got a halfway relevant response from them.

I have emailed about it 4 times, too. It was obvious that they had credited my account properly, but I just wanted to enter the right numbers in to PokerTracker. The first three times I just got referred back to their policy about crashes, then the 4th time they finally quoted me numbers that were about $150 short of what they really gave me. I give up. How do they not know?

Yeah, to say the guy was 'classless' etc is ingoring the fact that im sure 99% of people, 2+2ers included, would do the same.

Take any edge you can, and one of that guys 'edges' was a stable internet connection. Ive had my net die and i expect people to take advantage, its just the way it is.

i've come upon a system i think is fair... it's taking my full clock to raise preflop. I'm sick of getting taken advantage of by people when I get disconnected when I sit out for a couple of minutes when it happens to them. So I do this, I think it's exceptionally reasonable.

edit: congrats paul
