they're much less likely to happen though. a small club will likely fold for 2 bets but call for 1

But now the likely T9 is open-ended, and JT[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] is Gutterballs (a Jackie Treehorn production). Plus we're the BB here, and probably are getting less credit for a big [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

Also, "UTG: 50/15/1.5 avg 5 players. bad."

He's less likely than your average, reasonable player to fold. People don't see half the flops just to fold draws.

Bet this flop 100% of the time... you have no reason to think your hand isnt good....

As played, please raise the turn. If you are 3bet, you have any easy UI river fold, if you are just called, you can bet almost any river and fold to a raise there as well if you didnt improve

i don't get the flop check. A6 is going to peel if you bet.

I don't know what do to on the turn since I'd never be in that spot on the turn.

I checked the flop to let people bluff or pick up a draw/pair on the turn. I think there is more value to be gained by checking here. there aren't too many hands that I can get value from that won't bet themselves. Ax I guess, but I don't think those hands always get peeled

I would bet with a read that the guys behind me like to peel really light

I think turn is a clear call.
There is a significant chance your hand is best, but its def not > 70% (betting into the field on this board even after the flop was checked is a significant sign of strength).
You have a fair number of outs to improve over most hands taht you are losing to, so you dont want to fold to a 3-bet.

There are very few hands that you want to "protect" against from the field... And even then, the pot is tiny so they're barely getting odds to call.

You'll also make money from bad pair/low-club draws calling incorrectly.

Small pot + Few good draws out against u + significant chance your behind = no reason to protect

They're playing 40/20 and 50/whatever, how much of a "light peel" read do you need? Bet the flop. As played, call and call most rivers
