Proving that it's the big bets that are the important ones, 2005's Mr Anti-Vig, LotsOfOuts69, turned a 21-20-3 record into 2 grand.

[/ QUOTE ]

$400: 9-2-0 +$2800
$300: 4-6-1 -$600
$200: 6-4-1 +$400
$100: 2-8-1 -$600

For some dumb reason, my $100 bets included taking a bunch of bad teams with the points:
Jets twice, Houston twice, New Orleans once and the Cardinals once for a total record of 0-6.
Add that to a losing Steelers, and a winning Pats favorite bets, and 1-1-1 in three over/unders and you get my stellar 2-8-1.

In the "Why did I even bother?" category, both lorinda and Caldarooni had the most tie picks, with 7 each.

This was the second year running I have done this.

Thanks for all the ridiculously hard work this year EE. I'm aware that it was a real struggle for the first half of the season. I had a lot of fun again this year.

Is your strategy to pick all games involving a spread of exactly 3 or 7?

I guess I should trawl through and have a look, I certainly don't actively avoid those games.

He was followed closely by splittter, who did the best at turning a losing overall record into the most cash.

Thanks, Easy! Sign me up for next year, when I've actually learned something about handicapping!

cool...I'm #1 of the dropouts
Kind of like being the fastest of the fat people on the Biggest Loser

Yeah, I went on vacation for week 16, realized my chances were slim, upset that a +$800 week was lost because I cannot read the rules and realize it was a 12 EST cut-off and not 12 CST,and I wasn't picking anything on week 17 for fear that I would see my grandmother and/or younger sister playing out on the field with the teams resting their starters.

Thanks for running this Easy E. It was fun.
