Do I call this multi-way all in?

Live MTT, $430 buy-in. I know it's under the buy-in for this forum, but I've received some obvious bad advice from the normal MTT forum recently and figured $430 was pretty close.

1600 starting chips after add-on, avg stack is 16K
Blinds at 200/400/50

The last 3-4 orbits I have been successfully stealing blinds 1-2 times each orbit, or taking the pot on the flop. I lost a pot w/ QQ 4 hands ago against KK and am down to 6200. I have a TAG image on the table, and we are 7-handed.

CO just lost a big pot from a nasty river bad beat, and is pretty LAG. BB is HOH in a nutshell as far as I can tell. I've seen 3 hands from him: pocket 10s for a set after pf raise, AK all in pf on a resteal, and calling an all in pf after raising 3bbs and getting shoved in on by a short stack w/ QQ...all pretty standard. I have bluffed him out of a pot he raised pf 1 orbit ago and did not show (think he felt he had the best hand though).

I am holding T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and raise 3bbs pf to 1200. CO pushes all in for 2800, and BB calls...Hero???
