Default Enough fold equity to make this push?

BB is decent TAG, no reads on MP, SB. I'm obviously behind the TAG if he calls, and probably other players as well if they call, but I figure to pick up the $41 pot a large percentage of the time.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

SB ($170.45)
<font color="#C00000">BB ($108.70)</font>
<font color="#C00000">Hero ($116.90)</font>
MP ($95.15)
CO ($116.20)
Button ($93.20)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, MP calls $4, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, SB calls $3.50, BB calls $3.

Flop: ($16) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets $5</font>, SB calls $5, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $15</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $97.9</font>, MP folds, SB folds, BB calls $89.70 (All-In).

Turn: ($228.60) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

River: ($228.60) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $228.60

you think a TAG BB C/R flop in a 4way pot and then folds to a shove?

To elaborate, this move just looks like draw/steal to me, and I think hes calling with quie a few hands.

I think TAG turns up a set here more often than not or possibly top pair and the nut draw. I dont like this move at all. I would be leading at this pot representing an ace and gaining some deception if i hit my draw on turn

He is going to call here a majority of time, plus you don't have the nuts even your draw hits.
