I've heard good and bad. What do you guys think about them?

i tried them when they first came out.

they made me uber sick to my stomach.

i know some bodybuilder dudes who swear by them and when i gave a barely used bottle to friend who was out it was like feeding his crack habit or something he was so happy.
so maybe slightly habit forming--lol.

so one vote for "not so good" J.

i used a couple bottles earlier this year...didn't have the negative physical response that j mentioned...i also didn't have trouble getting off of them...were they miracle pills, probably not, did they give me some energy and curb my hunger a bit, sure they did...

hot rox is an ephedra free weight loss supplement.

i'm almost done with a bottle of hot rox. it seems like it is helping a little with the pounds, more than EC did, maybe it's just variance. i'm going to try the hot rox extreme once i'm finished with my original hot rox bottle. some of the stuff on t-nation sounds promising. i'm not hoping for a miracle but i figure it can't hurt (too much).

I have tried Hot Rox and Hot Rox Extreme. Gone through 2 bottles of each all at seperate times.

I think they are ok products. I got a little more energy from them but they did not live up to the hype and extreme fat burning results that are reported on the Biotest T-Nation site.

I have decided to use them preworkout as well as other ephedra free fat burners. I feel that they are best for the preworkout energy effects rather than just taking them throughout the day for fat burning purposes.

I am going to try BSN Atro-Plex next as a daytime fat burner. There are some really strong reviews from bodybuilding.com there. I have been impressed by BSN's Thermonex, NO Xplode and BSN protein in general.

I do like Biotest Spike for pre workout energy. I think that and Surge are the best Biotest products. I think that they hype and push their products too much although T-Nation has outstanding training/nutrition articles.
