Can tournament entries via satelite be redeemed for cash money on ftp?

I'm curious because I want to enter a few satelites for some bigger tourneys, and I am worried that I won't be able to play in them anyway if I qualify because my schedule is somewhat unpredictable.

The first entry is non-refundable, you have to play. If you win additional entries to the same tournament, the subsequent entry values get credited to your account immediately as cash.
