first i would suggest foldin preflop. playin SCs oop against a short stack is pretty lame and not very profitable.

as played tha flop call is ok but if he were deeper i would like a c/r or possibly even a donk bet (cuz last thing we want is for him to check behind here) so if u have a read that he cbets a lot then c/r is good. readless i prolly donk. then im DEFF not checking turn. too often he checks behind on turn with lots of pairs and we dont want that obv. as played this is a super easy shove on the turn. we dont want a river card that kills our action. he only has a lil behind n e ways

Put him all-in, this isn't even a question.
I also agree about leading the turn, can't trust him to put his money in voluntarily.

Don't wait for the river. I presume you didn't raisethe flop because his chances of out drawing you were so slim, and if he has AK he needs a chance to catch up.

When he fires again on the turn, he is either double barrelling with nothing or has a hand he likes (or he could have AK / AQ of diamonds.... he has alot of outs with both those hands. You need to try and get as much money in the pot as possible on the turn. If he has missed overs he will fold, If not you might stack him.

If you lead out on the river he'll likely fold so it's gogogo time.

Results in white:
He had KK, and the river went check/check

This is the hardest concept I have had to grasp with post-flop poker. A scare card on the turn or river just doesn't shut you down, but it may very well kill any action you may have hoped to get. Slowplaying is bad. From now on hands like this I am going to formulate a plan that allows me to get all of my chips in on the river, and this will most likely take betting on all three streets. I think I read that in a book somewhere, duh.

Thanks for the advice.
