Default Full House

Did I have a possibility to save me or I was doomed to loose?

To be honest, in the exact moment in which I touched my mouse I tought that he could have the other full house, but it was just a remote idea. The fact is that I did not give him credit for a full house cause my imagine in the table (when I was in a pot I raise a lot) and I thought he had a straight nut with nut flush draw, but not what he had. I considered his first check a way to trap me.

First, I'd probably fold this pre-flop.

The turn min-check-raise is a little suspicious. I don't think he's doing that often with a made straight + FD. That being said I think this is trip 8's or some other junk often enough to make this call profitable.

definitely fold this pf, having back-up (i.e. overcards) in situations like this constitutes a small but significant part of a winning players' edge, plus you're UTG
