http://featuresblogs.chicagotribune....ack-bauer.html
* It will take place in DC because of Congressional hearings. [sarcasm]Sounds exciting.[/sarcasm] * I like Tony Almeida as much as any character on the show. But how the [censored] can he still be alive? |

Re: 24 Season 7 spoilers
1. i remember hearing rumors that part of season 6 would be in NY so i'm taking this with a grain of salt
2. its a little sad that i didn't care about seeing any spoilers cause of how bad the shows gotten 3. if this season has another cliffhanger that hinges on whether the persidents wife can call the russian presidents wife fast enough to persuade the russian president to do something, i will literally kill myself |

Re: 24 Season 7 spoilers
The way they killed Tony was retarded, but bringing him back would be even dumber.
So they got rid of Ricky Schroder? Well that's one good piece of news I guess, did he die in the finale or something? I hated s. 6 and when I finally got myself to stop watching it (like hr 20 or something), it was very liberating, I wont be watching season 7. Also, even if they're moving the story to D.C., I suppose they still must be filming in L.A., it's got to be one of the only places in America where you can film exteriors for 8 months a year and have them all look like the same day. |

Re: 24 Season 7 spoilers
Supposedly the new season was supposed to be set in Africa, but because of budget constraints they decided to scrap the entire script at the 11th hr, and delayed production 3 weeks so they could rewrite the script.
http://community.tvguide.com/blog-entry/...-Plot/800018254 Mary Lynn Rajskub said that she isnt entirely sure what her role in the new script will be, but jokes, "Maybe I'll just be at home with six computer monitors playing poker." http://www.tvguide.com/Ask-Ausiello (The 24 stuff is partway down the article) |

Re: 24 Season 7 spoilers
The only way Tony can come back is if it's in flashbacks during a hearing. If he comes back from the dead, as someone who has watched every episode since Season 1, I might be done.

[/ QUOTE ] I think a 24 prequel season(s) could be a good way to go. I just want another supervillian like nina, damn it. |

Re: 24 Season 7 spoilers
Basically what I've heard...
[ QUOTE ] Start time is 8AM. It's set two years after Day 6, and Jack (who in 24-time must be pushing 50 by now) is working in Washington DC for a corporation which has just been accused by a rival of selling arms to terrorists and rogue states. (No, it's not McLennon-Forster.) There's a new (female) president, whose husband is having an affair. (What happened to Wayne and Noah Daniels, who should only be halfway through their term, wasn't mentioned. And no Tom Lennox? Pah!) Chloe and Morris are working for Division in DC, and have a baby daughter. No other familiar faces in the first episode, but Bill and Karen may return in 7x02. The episode ends with the traditional shootout where Jack kills six or seven assassins single-handed, and interrogates the last survivor only to find that the person who ordered his death is his own boss. [/ QUOTE ] later added: [/ QUOTE ]"Ok we just got a revised draft. The central story is still the same (rival defense contractors) except the Division plot has been completely removed. Chloe and Morris now work for Jack. Jack is now described as an independent consultant who his finishing up his lengthy consulting work for Aronson Defense Industries. Jack has gotten very involved and seen some things he had no business seeing. Several other changes are in here as well and I'll need more time to compare the drafts to find the new stuff." [/ QUOTE ] I hope it's not [censored] like season 6 but I'm not very optimistic... |
