These rates will fluctuate with the market. Basically they will pay you whatever is slightly cheaper than borrowing from another source. There is no grandfathering with this account. If you want to guarentee a rate, buy a CD.

My rate at ING is still steady at 4.4%. When i started last june i think it was 4.25% so a .15% increase since joining isnt too bad

But 4.4% is still < 5.05%, right?
