Stars transfers absolute worst

going on 17 hours now of trying to transfer 10k to a friend....i've e-mailed them over 10 times and had a team pokerstars player e-mail them as well for me, they still havent sent my friend the money....its nice being secure and everything with the e-mail and phone confirmation but [censored], does it really take more than 20 minutes to get that completed? I vote stars should make sure their support isnt busy looking at porn

Yeah boosted, when someone hacks your account they should be able to get the money out withn 20 mns, none of this security waiting crap.
