Send an email to support and to the cashier confirming that you have indeed made the transfer with the amount, and player in question. I've shipped 10k a few times and the longest it has taken is a few hours after this email has been sent. I've received a phone call confirming if it is a new player that I haven't transferred to before.

Only other possibility is an investigation of either of the two parties... I have to say, I'm very happy with PS for their transfer policy. Scares me that you can transfer so quickly without a confirmation pop up on FTP.
