Good foods for a bulking diet?
Well it is that time of year to gain weight and muscle again! The fall!!
I got up to 195 lbs in the summer but the lack of gym, eating well and lots of cardio has brought me down to 185 so want to get to 200 in a couple months. What are you favorite bulking foods? |

Lots of red meat, eggs, nuts, avocado, etc. And make sure you eat the yolks, I stand by my conviction that I never grow as fast as when I'm eating lots of egg yolks.
Don't just eat everything in sight and gain 10 pounds of fat this winter...count calories and plan your meals so that you are eating maybe 300-500 cals over maintenance. Get in the gym and train your ass off(and don't skip cardio, it'll make dieting down for summer 100x easier). |

Chipotle. [/ QUOTE ] YES. Burrito bol, steak, no cheese/sour cream, with guacamole and lettuce. This is my default lunch at work. |

My order is nearly identical...I get mild medium and hot salsa on mine though.

just medium for me...hot precipitates some fairly spectacular gastrointestinal pyrotechnics.
