Bonus Whores Grades (NL/PL 6 Max)

IMO, BH is a good site for keeping up to date on new sites, deposit bonuses and reload bonuses. I was wondering what people think about their grading of some of the more popular U.S. friendly sites. Here are some grades they have given for NL/PL 6 Max (easiest to beat would get an "A"):

Pokerstars D+
Full Tilt C-
BoDog C-
Prima C
Cake C-

A couple others:

Carbon C
Pacific B

I haven't yet tried FT since I started playing NL (4 months ago) but I have tried PS and found the games tougher than at UB and Cake.

When limit poker was what everyone played it seemed liker the larger sites like Party Poker had the best games. Now, the largest site, PS, has the worst grade from BH. Any ideas as to why this may be? I've heard that the reward program there is good but that most players would prefer rakeback.

This seems like a subject that's been beaten to death in the past, but here goes.

Many of the American fish left after the UIEGA. Only the sharks and the more dedicated fish are aware that they can still play and have gone to the trouble of finding out how.

There are very few networks left open to Americans, so naturally there is a fairly high concentration of Americans at these sites.

High concentration of American players being sharks + high concentration of Americans at US-friendly sites = difficult sites.

In my experience the US friendly sites are all undoubtedly ridiculously tighter than the Euro equivalent. Stars is probably the hardest of the lot.

Stars is the hardest followed by Tilt, then the rest are slightly easier.

On Pacific there is always at least one 70/10 whale at the tables.

Average stats for for 6/max are prob 40/12 I would say

Pacific is spot on, the horrible software keeps any serious player out and the large casino partner site keeps bringing in new fishes. I made a nice profit there playing NL50 but then left because the software made me puke.

The question is why do none of the sites get an A or A+?

Because the BH system rates against the Party of old in terms of average pot sizes (around 3 years ago, which also counted uncalled bet in the pot sizes), so no current site can come close to this standard which I think was an A.

Pacific/Boss have the worst players hands down, yet they get B and C+.

Pokerstars has the best game selection, but also the most regulars by a mile, hence the games are really tight.

pacific is loose yes, but the software is absolutely terrible, it glitches, it lags, it's hard to read, just [censored], so I left.
