Default rate these hands in live $330 MTT

160 entrants. 90 remaining. 3K starting chips.
1. 200-400 blinds. MP I(has been active) makes it 1200(w/3400 behind). I push w/ A9o on button(3600 behind).
2. 200-400 blinds. MP1 just arrived at table and makes it 1200 w/ 4k behind. I push w/ 88 in SB(5600 behind).
3. 200-400 blinds. Next hand. Folded to me on button w/ AKo. I make it 1200. SB(9K behind) who is TAG calls. Flop Q99. Check-check. Turn 6. check-check. River 8. SB allin for 8k. I fold. I should have cbet flop i think.
4. 300-600 blinds. folded to cutoff w/ 6K. He has been very, very active and appears to understand low blind play. He open pushes. I have K,Jc in SB with 4800 and call.

Thoughts on all hands would be much appreciated.

$300 MTTs are SSMTT and I think you will get a better response there.

Was there ante?

1. Standard

2. Standard

3. I would probably cbet. Villain's overbet shove is not likely to be a bluff.

4. With read on villain, call is probably cEV+. Depends on whether you want to gamble double or nothing. More likely to call with antes, in which case he could be pushing top 50% or more.

In 3. is there any argument for pushing pre since hero has been active and (presumably) is still at an M of 10 or so? If youre going to cbet when you dont hit (which is pretty nearly pot committing) and youre going to play to get it all in with TP isnt it better to just pick up the 600 blinds than give them a look at a flop, plus the net value in picking up calls that you dominate minus running into worse than a coinflip?

I assume stack is 6200 from stealing blinds in the prior hand, which is the reason behind my question about just pushing 3 pre.
