90hands doesn't mean much at all, I play 19/15 and will often have a table after 100hands running like 8/5

I would call the flop

Everytime I don't 3 bet in this situation I regret it, so I would say you need to 3 bet this preflop. As played, I would call the flop.

QFT.

You have position on him, so call the flop and see what the turn card is and what he does with it. If you end up having to fold to a big bet on the turn, then that's fine. But if you don't reraise preflop, and you don't want to make a pot-commiting raise on the flop to ~$45 when you think he has big hand here much of the time, then call his continuation bet and reevaluate on the turn.
