Brag: I dont back down in a tipping war.

I go to the casino occasionally to play some live poker. The casino next to me only offers 3/6 limit which sucks. I’ve done fairly well yet the money never can compare to the swings I have had online. My casino has a bunch of regulars who think they are good. Right before showdown they always call out what they think the other person has and are pretty much always wrong. Usually I shut my mouth and think wow these people suck at reading hands but sometimes I chime in with a sarcastic “wow, how’d you learn to read hands so good”. So anyways my personal opinion is that all the regulars suck and they pretty much feed the house with rake. Anyway, last night I felt like going to the casino mainly for the food. I buy in for $100 at 3/6limit which is the pretty standard. Some players like buying for like $30 and then lose there stack in the matter of a few minutes. Anyways, there’s a regular sitting next to me and he just won a semi-big pot. Yet, he forgot to tip the dealer which is weird since he always tips even on small pots. The next hand comes up and I win a huge pot. I tip the dealer 2 dollars, then the regular sitting next to me realizes he forgot to tip and throws in 2 dollars. I then throw another dollar in realizing it was a pretty big pot and I maybe should of tipped a dollar more. The regular then says “you trying to out-tip me?” he then throws in 2 dollars. I then start thinking -wow this guy is trying to show me up in front of all these people. I then throw in 2 dollars. He matches me and throws in 1 dollar. The table starts laughing and its ON! I throw in a dollar, he throws in a dollar, I throw in a dollar, he throws in a dollar. I look at the dealers face and he puts down the cards and is letting the action continue. I can tell that he is thinking- keep going plz plz plz. We keep going until we he has given $36 and I have given $37 and he then says “wow you win”. SHIP IT, suprisingly I walked out of casino up 96 bucks after that stupid debacle. Cliff Notes: Brag: I dont back down from a tip war, and gave the dealer a great tip. Beat: I pretty much gave away 35 bucks for no reason.
