<font color="red">Hero raises to $7.00</font>, MP folds, CO calls $7.00, BTN calls $7.00, <font color="red">SB raises to $37.00</font>, 2 folds, CO calls $30.00, BTN folds

<font color="red">SB bets $54.00</font>, CO folds
Uncalled bet of $54.00 returned to SB

Pot Size: $90.00 ($3 Rake)

Would you agree with this fold? If not how would you proceed?

ReRaisers stats are VPIP: 16.25 PFR%:11.24 Aggression: 2.58.

He is a regular at the $200 and for the most part we always stay out of each others way. I believe he can put me on a wider range of hands, even raising UTG however.

I opted to fold and just stay out of his way. If I had not and that flop came I was obviously going to felt. Would this be the line you would take if played?

against 16/11, it's fine if the stats are over a decent sample and you'd never seen him squeeeze
