Default RakebackRus done-->thisisthenuts and raketherake

Just went to check my stats and apparently they are leaving the industry. Hoping that thisisthenuts and RaketheRake can chime in assuring us everything will be fine and October rakeback will be paid.

Any choice or reason to choose one over the other?

How are they leaving the industry? There is nothing on the site that says this. Where do you come up with your conclusion?

Link/site is not coming up for me. Do we get transferred to one of those other affiliates or just lose RB?

we are not losing anything. we are being transfered based on the sites we play.

heres their statement.

[ QUOTE ]
Dear Players

After careful consideration it is with much regret that we must inform you that we are leaving the affiliate business and that RakebackRUs will cease to exist in its current format as of Tuesday 7th November 2006

Our main priority is to look after all our existing players and make sure that they are well looked after going forward.

In the interest of all our players and with the backing of the poker rooms we have agreed to pass on all of our accounts on to two of the most reputable rakeback providers ThisIsTheNuts and RakeTheRake. This process will begin immediately, but we ask that you are patient and understanding in having your requests processed given the sheer number of accounts they will be dealing with.

The information below will tell you what steps you need to take to transfer your accounts across to those affiliates. There is also information about how payments will be made for ALL outstanding balances.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our members for your continued support over the years.
We leave knowing that you will all be in very safe hands and that you will continue to receive rakeback and the highest level of service the industry has to offer.

On behalf of all of us

[/ QUOTE ]

Everyone, lets not badmouth Chad. It looks like we've all been placed in very capable hands. I for one welcome my new rakeback overlords.

I guess with all of the problems and the legal situation this is not a huge surprise. What I would add is that RTR and TITN have a great rep so those of you that have been nervous do not need to be nervous anymore. You should find great service from those two affiliates.
