However it is just telling me that no files have been created. No files are being imported from the folder that I created as the destination folder for the mined hands.

Can pokertracker read these files, or do they have to be hhf?

Under Vista you may have to run EyePoker and the Pokerclient as admin.

You have to access properties directly from your EyePoker installation directory.
It usually works just right clicking the icon on the desktop but with EyePoker you have to go to where the file is located to be able to run it as admin.

Can you import the XML files manually?
If "Yes" then i guess something with the autoimport ist not configured correct. Maybe set up the wrong directories.

To import the XML files manually you have to go to "file"->"import handhistories/tournament summaries" in PokerTracker.
Press "Select files to import" and set the type to "All Files (*.*)".
Then locate the XML files, select them and press "ok" to import them.

Great soft Snood, but my tables are only minimized like 3 minutes after I opened them and everytime new tables are opened they popup and I can't do anything anymore for the time they're not minimized. Like, if I'm writing on AIM, when the tables popup they are brought to the frontground and I can't type anymore.
