Default 100nl crap turn, commited or not?

Just moved to this site so no reads. What to do on this turn, is the pot too big too C/F? I have 51$ left, pot is 102$.

UTG ($163.48)
MP ($22.23)
CO ($113.87)
Button ($211.96)
Hero ($99)
BB ($100)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls $1, 1 fold, CO raises to $4, Button calls $4, Hero raises to $17, 1 fold, UTG folds, CO calls $13, Button folds.

Flop: ($40) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $31, CO calls $31.

Wow this really is a crap turn. I'd c/f. 3:1 isnt good enough to put the rest of your stack in. He will even check it down with you sometimes

FWIW, I'd fake timing tells here. I'd check turn quickly and if he checks behind... I'll take a long time b4 checking river so he thinks I almost valuebetted something

I dont think you can put any more money in that pot. c/f the turn and if you're lucky he could even check behind.

i'd lead again here
you're not ahead of much but if he flats you've got full house outs, and you can fold out alot of two pair hands [like your own]..

This is a mandatory bet IMO, given the stack sizes, and the fact that it will be hard for him to call you without a high flush card.

So he flats the flop for fun in a 3b pot? obv he pushes with a set dont know the type of player but maybe he flats with AK none hearts hoping to win a big pot. ...C/F

edit: spellcheck

I didn't say that. Obviously he has a hand that he likes, and we're left in a tough spot. However, I don't put him necessarily on a draw, and the pot is twice our stack size. I think we're committed, and I'd rather take the initative and try to fold out a hand that beats us.
