I think the flop lead is fine, but I probably follow-up with a big 3-bet (or possibly even a push).

I don't see a big problem with the turn and river. Button sure is being persistent, and Ax is very unlikely for him after the flop action, so hopefully he had a KK-JJ instead of, like, the case T's or case A's or 44. But from the tone of your post, it sounds like you lost.

how are you not getting it all in on the flop ... felt the hell out of that hand lol

you have to reraise with that draw on the flop, just calling tells them you have spades but with TPTK w/ NFD you want to get it all in

Well, now thinking about it, I should have pushed the flop. But while playing the hand, I thought I would get calls on the Turn.
So the best line would be shove flop, but as played, how do you go on then?

if you don't hit your flush and your hand doesn't improve, I don't think you want calls on the turn because at that point you are likely beaten by and probably a significant dog going to the river, with only an ace or spade to help.

like everyone else said, push the flop. might get some FE and your draw will definately get to see turn and river

Just make a significant 3 bet on the flop and push turn if he calls, I think you beat most of everything he is calling/raising with here.

On the flop, when you bet and are raised and then BU calls, you have to push here. You don't want to play this hand on the turn with 2 other players. When the A hits, there is no getting away from the hand. As played, part of the thing we call "Variance".

your hand is a favorite on the flop over anything lower than a set. You want to get the money in on the flop here b/c your hand loses a ton of equity if you miss on the turn. And if you do hit on the turn, the flush card could scare away any more action.
