I haven't noticed villain do anything special in the 20ish hands I've sat here. I stacked UTG with a flopped flush and Button (shortie at that time) with AA, showed down both hands. I also took a few pots down with c-bets.

The only hand you gotta worry about is the nuts but I don't think it would be played this way. A set too, but I think that's very unlikely.

I guess he's on a draw the majority of the time.

Kind of an iffy call here, but two things comes up here, I don't think he has a flush because he wouldn't just go all in on the flop like that or a set for that matter. The next thing is he could be making a defensive all in here with like AJ or two pair and he could possibly have just the ace of heart with a pair. So I feel if you can put him on a hand, then follow that.
