How does the "Ban" affect me?

I have a Netteller account linked to a bank account set up exclusively for that purpose. While I always keep some funds in Netteller, I can make an auto deposit to Netteller direct from my bank. I do not think Netteller is a gambling site and can be used for other purposes so I do not see how they can bar transfers to or from Netteller. Netteller is not subject to US law so I should be able to move funds from Netteller to a poker site and back just as I do now.
I assumed everyone does pretty much the same thing. So whats the problem?

For now, there is no problem. The problem would be:

-All the sites pull out of the US market in anticipation of possible prosecution.
-The DOJ convinces the banks to stop sending money to Neteller and similar services.
-The mere passage of the Act convinces enough to fish to stop playing that the rake at your stakes becomes unbeatable.

Until one of those things happens, you can continue to play as usual.
