Best Buy has a nice Sony Laptop with 1GB of memory for like 300.

Does anyone know, can i go buy this now, and go to the store in a week or two show them the ad and get them to price match it?

I'm like 99% sure that it doesn't work with one day sales like this, especially since it if did work a million people would do this.

I'm thinking of getting a monitor. The best deal I see is the 24" Acer widescreen for $250. Does anyone see a better deal?

Does anyone know which sony laptop this is in the ad? A Vaio? (are all sony laptops a vaio?) Any information about it would be great, as the ad is a bit blury.

What do people think of Amazon's deals? If I get even a couple of them I'll be very happy: 40 GB PS3 for $139, 1 GB HP RAM laptop for $199 or $299, I forget.

dont get too excited.

go to amazon.com homepage, you vote on which on 3 deals you would want. there are 6 rounds of different items. you are only eligible to buy the ones you vote for. people who vote will have ot check back next week, wednesday i think, to see if they are one of the "chosen ones" as each item has a 500 or 1000 person limit.

JR music has a pretty decent DVD sale. Might have to pick up a few. $10 for the likes of The Departed, 300, Pan's Labyrinth and V for Vendetta - all deluxe versions.

the amazon deal is sick, they did the 360 one last year where it was like $200. prob is the site went down almost immediately at 10 am and they sold out in 8 minutes. and since the site was mostly down to begin with...

anyway black friday is more for just buying good deals, it's for buying those good deals and selling them at a profit ^^
