Default NL50 - 99 c/r\'d by donkish shortstack

Villian is unknown stats-wise, but from what I'd seen in a few hands, he seemed pretty bad; (or maybe I was biased by his stacksize )

Standard lead on the flop?

His shove really looks like a desperation semi-bluff after realizing he wasn't going to get a free card, but again, I don't know how I realized that without any statistical reads; I just had a feeling.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 8 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $48.30
BB: $17.90
UTG: $10.00
UTG+1: $29.40
Hero (MP1): $49.25
MP2: $24.25
CO: $56.95
BTN: $50.55

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (8 Players)
UTG checks, UTG+1 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $2.50</font>, 4 folds, BB calls $2.00, UTG folds

Flop: ($5.75) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $4.50</font>, <font color="red">BB raises all-in to $15.40</font>, Hero ???

This isn't always a bad way to make snap judgements regarding unknowns IMO.

As for the hand I call.
You've got quite a few outs if you're behind and something like Ax h is definately a large part of his range.

Just my $0.02

Edit: I misread the flop sorry. Even though it's a GS SD not OESD I still call I expect AhJh more often than anything that has you crushed.

shortstacks do this all the time with big pairs (call pf, cr the cbet allin on flop). and you are behind all broadway hearts, ie he could still be a fd pushing donk who just stumbled into a &gt;50% spot. any stats on BB?
