Default 200NL TT raised on flop

villain is FrinkX, i have him at 21/13 or something but he's decent.

if he puts me on any sort of draw or any ace i don't see why he would bet the river with a worse hand than TT. i guess this is standard, but if i suspect him of raising a lot of hands on the flop what should i be doing?

i'd bet the turn for 2/3ish, planning on folding to a checkraise, and checking the river behind/folding to any big bet.

as played, call.

i fold, it looks like a set to me hoping you hit the ace so he can check raise all in.

yeah forgot to mention this looks a lot like a set that missed it's turn c/r.

but my real question is how to react to people who could potentially be raising me light on a low flop like this.
