Default Speeds adjustments

Most threads about the Party Speeds and ROIs refer to the adjustments that need to be made from the regular structure.

What are the adjustments you've made in your transition (especially at the higher levels)?

Cashing out more frequently.

Seriously, the speeds are more of a test of all aspects of short-stack push/fold poker. More diversity than before, so more situations you have to be good at. Many players, even good ones, are still pretty clueless about some of the new situations, and some tend to panic a bit and donk things up earlier so they won't get into those situations.

Looks like I'm clueless about these new situations too.
Could you shed some light on them?
