Default Standard c/b here in r/r pots? 1/2

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($191.65)
Button ($243)
SB ($314.90)
Hero ($243)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
1 fold, Button raises to $7, SB calls $6, Hero raises to $28, Button calls $21, SB folds.

Flop: ($63) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bet/folds flop?

Villain is 28/19 through 159. He auto-raises if folded to in MP/LP/CO/Button. I felt like this was a good spot to squeeze as SB was on the weak/passive side.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($217.05)
MP ($230.55)
CO ($242.70)
Button ($386.45)
SB ($60.25)
Hero ($200)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG raises to $8, 2 folds, Button calls $8, 1 fold, Hero raises to $30, UTG calls $22, Button calls $22.

Flop: ($91) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bet/folds?

UTG is on the tighter side, 23/17 and button is a fish 30/16. UTG's range for calling the r/r has to be fairly tight but button calls w/ dam near any two after UTG calls.
I can't see him not 3-balling me PF w/ AA or KK here so is it worth firing the flop, esp w/ the gutter ball?

If he auto-raises every hand, how is he only 19% PFR? Bet/folding that flop is v. bad against a lot of people. I would bet/call. You don't have a lot of room to worry about being out-kicked with so much in the pot.

I'd bet hand 2 as well

It's only through 159 hands and this is just this session that he's been this active

Important history regarding villain in hand 1 that I didn't mention in OP.

I open AKo on the button 4 handed, SB calls, villain in BB squeezes to $33, I make it $70 total intending to call a push and villain insta-mucks.

Maybe he got good hands the last times?

I'd fold preflop and wait for better cards. If he really insta-opens OTB you probably will have the opportunity again.

to add: b/f-ing TP in rr-ed pots is just spewing money. i wouldnt rr pf with K8s if i was comfortable with bet/calling or checking flops/evaluating.

hand 2: i usually b/c as well lol.

Hand 1: bet/call, we're behind here pretty much never. Another line thats quite hot is c/r AI. Hope he cbets his PP, then puts you on a draw and also calls the AI with it.

Hand 2: check and see what happens...3bet, 3way pot usually play pretty straight up
