The board looks pretty dry, is it bet to raise for value here against weaker Kx hands or just call? I don't understand your question. Your behind to only AK, 55, 33, K5 and K3; K5 and K3 are unlikely, 55 and 33 probably jam up the flop, AK 3-bets preflop... given a standard villain.
Get your money in.

Looks like he c/c, bet his top pair. Raise to make lower kings pay. If you just call, I doubt 66-99 are betting or calling the river anyway.

Raise it up to around $13, the only hand i really see that your behind is AK and most of the time AK would raise you pf for on the flop so I get my money in here.

Call.
If you're beat its a cooler but villains push the river with weaker K, AJ, pp's or busted spades. The turn seems like a spade block bet, 2 pair, or a weaker K. If he's got K3 K5 KJ 55 33 JJ nice hand sir-reload thats variance. More often than not you're doubling up here. I don't understand the river converter. Did villain open push or c/r?

he's doing this with any K, not just AK, KJ. He could also have 55, or 33, but can't see you laying this down
