Buy game 1 because (a) there will be a game 1 and (b) it is more valuable than game 2.
Unless you can get a significant premium on the tickets, go to the game. Most valuable part of going to the game: not having to listen to Buck and McCarver. Oh -- and winning the lottery does not usually guarantee you seats. Ticketmaster (if that is who is doing it for the Indians) is being slammed hard this year by new ticket-broker software for many events in New York... lawsuit pending... not sure if that effects you in Cleveland. Rockies over Tribe in 5.

I can buy up to 4 tickets. I think I will try to buy the most expensive tickets, then sell 2 of them and keep two for myself.

But if I buy 4 (any level) and sell 2 of them, will that cover the cost of the two I am keeping? I will be getting them for game 1 if possible.

Just google the the big scalping operations and see what they are charging for a baseline.
I'd have to imagine that if you got 4 seats of the same value that you'd be able to get enough from selling 2 to pay for the other 2.

I will probably be selling 2 of the tickets (But maybe not). I will put them on Ebay and PM anyone the link if they want it.
