Default Drinking a crap load of water...

Well i used to be a fatass, basically probably around 6'2 230...

2 summers ago i started going to the gym, running a mile a day 7 days a week and drinking about 2-3, maybe even 4 (on occasion) gallons of water a day. Anyways over the course of that summer, 3 months, i lost about 60 pounds and was down to 170. Basically i've kept this weight since then but ever since that summer i have supernatural abilties in terms of eating. Basically i can go a whole day without eating and i don't get hungry, i basically force myself to eat dinner. I eat maybe 2 meals a day, one at 6pm and again at 9pm. I have gone a day without eating and feel fine. I am not not trying to eat but i am simply not hungry, i still drink about 2-3 gallons of water a day though. I am not anorex or anything, play basketball 5 days a week and can bench around 160, i'm not some week guy who is starving himself to look like a skeleton.

This can't be healthy right? lol

A 165 lb bench eh? I think what's happened here is you've lost weight but you have also probably burned up a significant amount of muscle. Your metabolism is obviously down to nothing, you should get hungry all throughout the day. I'm not sure what(if any) your goals are, but since the original question has to do with water anything up to 3 gallons per day is fine. Competetive bodybuilders have been known to get in up to 5 gallons a day near a show. Problem with doing this is it messes up your electrolytes pretty badly. I hope you are taking in some good multivitamins several times a day at the very least. I would recommend you immediately get in vitamin c and maybe some centrums and get your diet in proper order. You don't have to eat 7 times a day like I do, but 3 is a minimum. Go tell a doctor you eat maybe once a day and drink 3 gallons of water and see how healthy he tells you it is...

Meh, don't run a hard 5k but an 8 min fast jog/easy run everyday isn't going to hurt you.

This does not compute. 20 pounds a month is a [censored] of weight to drop. Everything I've ever read says 2-3 pounds per week and you almost doubled that. Damn.
