Default 10nl 6max: KJ on 48K (then 48K94) board, how did I do?

$0.10 BB (6 handed)

UTG ($19.65)
MP ($4.30)
CO ($2.85)
Hero ($10.15)
SB ($15.60)
BB ($30.50)

Preflop: Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG checks, MP calls $0.10, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.6</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $0.50, UTG folds, MP calls $0.50.

Flop: ($1.95) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, MP checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($1.95) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets $0.9</font>, Hero calls $0.90, BB folds.

River: ($3.75) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">MP bets $0.5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $8.65 (All-In)</font>, MP calls $2.30 (All-In).

Final Pot: $15.20

I checked the flop behind because I figured KQ was possible and I was unlikely to be drawn out on if I was ahead.

I am more interested in what you think about the river. The way he played it looked so weak and I figured he'd probably call with weaker kings and maybe nines.

Please bet the flop. Sure KQ is possible, but you have no indication of it given to you. Bet, and start to narrow villian(s)' range more if you get c/r or called.

As played raise the turn. Being led into at this point in no way means you're behind. In all likelihood you are still ahead.

As played river looks fine. I'm not opposed to calling, either.

bet the flop and/or raise the turn. i would be content to call the turn if i had bet on the flop, but in this instance i would raise.
