Default 25nl: Flop top and bottom facing resistance

No reads on villain, he sat down recently. I feel like i really screwed this up; pushing the flop seemed pretty bad but folding too weak.

I'm not sure what just calling the flop 4-bet accomplishes, since we're not even sure what turn or river cards will be outs for us if we're behind.

So if we treat it as push-or-fold to the flop 4-bet, then we need around 30% equity to call. I doubt we have that against an unknown villain here, although it's probably close.

I'm not sure that I would've 3-bet the flop in the first place, though.

I probably bet the turn after his retard check but checking behind for the sake of pot control is not terrible.

His line is pretty wierd for a set. As played, insta-call river.

Why is his line weird for a set?

And what are we beating that puts the rest of the money in on the river?

Flop 3bet is really bad. Horrendous.

Yeah, I think this is where the hand takes a turn for the worse.

really, I'd like to get it all-in on the flop. This is 25 NL, where people really like slowplaying aces and kings. Since we have the J and the 7, it's less likely he has a set with those numbers, leaving him with a set of 9s...that he didn't raise preflop.

We're ahead of overcards, TP, all draws, behind 1 combination of 77, 1 combination of JJ, 6 combinations of J9, and behind 3 combinations of 99.

SB's flop 4bet looks scared, so I doubt he has 99. Get it all-in on the flop please
