Maybe I'm a little drunk, but it seems possible that someone would be able to wingsuit out of a plan and land without a parachute. "Simply" pull up at a very low altitude to quickly slow your decent and speed. I would never try this, but it is only a matter of time before somebody does.

You'd need a much larger wingsuit, those guys are hauling and their stall speed would be way too high for a safe landing.

Yes, this is completely correct. No way a wingsuit that small would allow you to pull up at that kind of speed. Perhaps a parachute sized extension could be added somehow ...

These guys base jump with them, and fly down the side of mountians. Watch how close they get, and when the guy buzzes the road. It is honestly one of the coolest videos I have ever watched.
