No way, there's no reason for him to make this play..

Donkey's are only scared of fd's not sd's, and this is a dry board.

I think he's semi-bluffing here and you are ahead much of the time

Donking is a weak play, make him pay for being weak..make it $3.25

Hero calls. Turn is a blank. BB bets again (67% pot). Hero ?

Hero calls. Turn is a blank. BB checks. Hero ?

Also, what cards, if any, are "bad" for me on the turn?

I'll wait for someone to suggest raising as a possibility before asking what to do in that situation, but you can probably imagine what my questions would be... If reraised on flop do I fold, if called on flop do I check behind on turn, etc.

I think a call seems to make sense and I don't think a raise is that bad either. (Maybe I'm wrong. I thought it was appropriate to raise when I played the hand, but I have a LOT to learn.) I am much more interested in what I do later in the hand depending on my opponent's actions. (Or what I should be thinking about, I know we can't address every possible situation. But if I'm not thinking about what could happen next, why am I calling, raising, or folding?)
