Default 5nl: rivered straight on paired board

Villain was 80/5/1.4 over 90 hands. Comments on all streets appreciated.

Should I have raised PF in a limped pot like that or is a check ok? Also, the flop bet was meant to build the pot so I'd get paid if I hit...is that correct?

Definitely check this PF. I probably check the flop too, I dont' think a king ever folds there. Checking turn is fine. River is fine at this level, I dont' think trip kings will fold here.

Betting the pot OOP in a multiway hand where someone is likely to have top pair isn't a great idea. Plus flush draws often call, and you will have trouble trying to work out who is on what.

I don't like the way he wakes up on the river there, when you think he would have to be worried about you having trip kings. obviously he could have the kings himself, but equally he could have a fh. I would just call his raise.

Ordinarily, you would also like to be able to take the pot down and I think you have zero FE. I don't think it is awful though to bet this flop. I would think villain with a king would bet the turn but who the heck knows. A read besides the numbers would be helpful here as a river raise is usually very strong at the micros. I wouldn't be surprised to see a QJ from villain but I see why you raised. I think calling is probably best though.
