Default keeping records

in your opinion, what is the best way to keep records for poker. i only play STTs and MTTs... I find that a blank excel sheet becomes just too much on one page and clustered. is there anything more organized?
this is for tax purposes and my own curiosity about how i'm running

Actyper's site, Casino Ownage, has a good spreasheet. One tab for each month, and a summary tab. There's a link on the right side of the page - Poker Tracker XL.

I had to customize the heck out of it for myself.

However, I knew I got it from a thread that had a few different ones, and I found it here.

Yeah just customize it yourself to the sites and banks you use. Just don't type over formulas! I think I'm going to make a new one for 2008 to make it more stat/graph friendly, and take the time to add protection to the sheet. Any comments are appreciated, a lot of different people have sent me their versions of the tracker.
