Default Installing Flash Player

So UB requires Flash Player to be able to play at their tables. I've contacted them and they gave me some instructions, but that helped nothing.

EDIT: This has been working fine for the last month on my new Vista install.

I've installed Flash Active X control countless times, but it still always asks me to install it again (ie I think something is blocking it). Here's what the picture looks like....

Any settings u guys can recommend to get this [censored] installed? This is driving me nuts as I want to work today. This is Vista FWIW.

You need to install the plugin as an administrator. I can't think of any other reason it wouldn't be working.

how do I install an Active X control as administrator? There's no option to download it, it just installs itself.

Run the program or web site that wants to install it from an administrator account, or add your regular account to the administrators group, get in installed, and then take the account out of the administrators group.
