Default preflop: dealing with a short shove

LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

BB: $37
UTG: $36
Hero (MP): $210.20
CO: $116.30
BTN: $180
SB: $83.85

Pre-Flop: X X dealt to Hero (MP)

Probably JJ+ and AK. I don't see 40bb buyin players shoving light like shortstackers do.

so, this is 40bb, and CO has 55bb (but will likely fold).

I'd say AK, QQ+

well it should be a shove and not a call, right? CO is kinda on short side.

JJ+, AK against an unknown. (assuming CO folds everytime, we need about 42% equity against SB's shoving range btw.) TT is very close depending on what range you assume he is shoving with.

I thought a bit about adding JJ, but I think JJ is maybe only slighly +ev, or close to 0ev.

Let's see a range and some pokerstove %. How about AQs+, 99+ for villain?
