Anyway the firewall thing didnt work-- it still says "reconnecting, trying again, trying again" and never fuckig opens. FTP support is awesome-- its been 8 hours and still no reply, fantastic. As for reinstalling windows and everything-- I think I said in my OP that I JUST reformatted my entire computer and I did reinstall FTP and it does the same thing it did before the reformat. Still nobody to ship the 5 bucks to GO GO GOGO come on!
