Default How much to bet on the turn? (set of k\'s 2NL)

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (6 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

BB ($0.75)
<font color="#C00000">Hero ($5.03)</font>
MP ($6.39)
CO ($4.15)
Button ($1.24)
SB ($1.45)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.08</font>, MP calls $0.08, CO calls $0.08, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>.

Flop: ($0.27) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.2</font>, MP calls $0.20, CO calls $0.20.

Turn: ($0.87) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.8</font>, MP folds, CO folds.

Villians are both very loose (+65% each). How much do you bet and what happens if you get raised since 1/3 of my stack isn't in the middle yet? (PNL talks about getting in 1/3 of your stack and then folding)

Final Pot: $1.67
