Default 25NL: KK...river bet...

villain new to tbl, seems kinda laggish though

he probably has a Q. but you'll never know because you DECIDED he had a Q, so you checked the river. if you lead out the river and he raises, you obv have a better idea, but by checking you a) look like you two barreled, b) defined that you DONT have a Q, and c) pussed out ftl.

pot pot shove.

pot pot shove SUCKS imo.
This IS a Q hand a lot, I'd bet more on the flop and more on the turn. And then depending on stack behind on the river I c/f or block bet.

I agree, as played it seems like a Q way too much cuz since its so dry IDK what else he could really have that bets there. I say fold but in the heat of the moment i usually call and hate myself

if you really read my post you'd see that "pot pot shove" was obv sarcasm and me mocking EVERYONE that says pot pot shove at everything. however, you cannot check the river. ever.

I'm really leaning towards him having a Q already on the turn, which is I'd rather bet more than 3.50 in a 5.50 pot.
Because I know he calls, and I want value.
