Default 225bb deep and no idea what to do

I got my stack vs villain when he 3b TT from SB to my button open. He c/c Qh8h3x and c/rai a blank turn and my AA held. This hand is about 20 min later. Villain is 33/29/3 I'm running 20/17/3.

Absolute Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2

Stack sizes:
UTG: $219
UTG+1: $174.18
Hero: $482.80
Button: $150.05
SB: $458.45
BB: $431.60

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
2 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $7</font>, Button folds, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises to $26</font>, BB folds, Hero calls.

Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($54, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $40</font>, Hero calls.

Turn: 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($134, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

River: 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($134, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $110</font>, Hero ?

Bet/fold turn w/ the plan to check behind most rivers? I realize my hand is pretty face up but the bet seems pretty large for TT-JJ and he has to be bluffing AK/AQ here a solid amount to make the call. I can def have a 7 here too. Thoughts on a river call and anything else w/ the hand.

W/ plans of folding to a crai? I have a real problem bet/folding turns when I think I decent amount of outs even though I see it advocated a lot.

Since we know villain 3-bets TT, why can't we 4-bet profitably here? We fold to a shove because he's not gonna shove but I'm pretty sure he would call the 4-bet. As played, what do you beat? Not much, I wouldn't call here too often.
