my thoughts are that if we check behind turn and he bets river, we're paying off a flush anyway, so we might as well get money in now before another diamond comes and kills our action. i think you can fold safely to a cr.

but i'm very tired right now and have been playing pretty lag recently, so take this with a grain of salt.
