Looking deflated in the morning
Anyone else experience this? In the morning, I look very flat and have much less definition. But it seems the more I eat and the later in the day it gets, the bigger and more defined I get.
I always figured it would be the opposite. |

That is weird. I look my leanest as well in the morning...generally when I weigh myself for real numbers. What are u eating/drinking at the end of the night?

Re: Looking deflated in the morning
This is standard mike, how big are you? the more muscle you have the flatter and weaker you will feel in teh morning because the glycogen etc is depleted. You might feel "lean" but you feel small.

Re: Looking deflated in the morning
I'm 6' 185, probably about 12% BF. Usually towards the end of the day I ease off on the carbs, but I'm not overly strict about it.

Re: Looking deflated in the morning
normally when you wake up your insulin is at its lowest and will have a tremendous peak after meal 1, then you normally build op some fluids, wich make you look smoother, but do fill you up and make you look bigger, so the 'flattness' is normal
